At The Children's Lab, we dedicate extensive time and care to handcraft our products, and your pleasant experience is of utmost significance to us!

Should any of our products encounter damage (broken/ spoilt) during their journey to you, we commit to promptly replacing them for you. To facilitate this process, we kindly request you to share an unboxing video with us only then can we replace it.

Request you to drop a simple email (thechildrenslab@gmail.com) along with a photo and an unboxing video of the affected item. Once approved we shall accommodate to dispatch a brand new one to you.

As we prioritize the well-being and hygiene of our young customers, we regretfully cannot accept returns or exchanges of any purchased product.

Our ultimate goal is to ensure that our young adventurers absolutely adore our products. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you require any assistance.
